Gina is THE BESTEST BEST!!! The very first thing that stood out to us about Gina, is her ability to understand what we are exactly looking for. As any other buyer, we had numerous wishes, constraints, and trade-offs -- but there were a few critical underlying needs that sometimes even we were not able to clearly articulate. Gina is fabulous in this regard, and after our initial discussions she was able to focus into the homes that we would be interested in, and all of her recommendations were top-notch. Gina recommended the home (that we bought) as soon as it got on the market, and we had our offer accepted in a couple days. She helped us strategize how to best approach the offer, negotiated with the seller, worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was lined up extremely well (financing, inspections, contingencies) and we were comfortable running ahead of our closing schedule. Gina is an awesome person to work with, she is prompt, respectful and efficient. We had zero issues working with Gina on this deal and would love to work with her again!

Our family worked with Gina years ago when we moved out to the Bay Area. When my parents sold their house in 2014 we reached out to Gina since she had been with us when they bought the house. A couple years later my dad and I decided to buy a house and we couldnt think of a better person to help us through the process than Gina. She and Shawn were fantastic and made the process so much easier and less stressful. We found the perfect house for us and made the winning offer! Recently I used the services of Linda Newton to assist with the sale of my mothers home in the Somerset subdivision in Brentwood. Linda was amazing from the time I met her. She sat down with me and explained everything and had everything written out. She was in consent touch with me the whole way. Checking on how I was doing and advising me of the process. When readying the house for sale she purchased items to use at the house on her own, She even went so far as to help scrub the tiles to make them look better. I've never seen an agent so involved in the sale of a home. She went that extra 100 miles to make sure everything was right and the house was ready for sale. Needless to say we sold the house within 2 hours and money was in our account within 3 weeks. Again, Linda was amazing. I would highly recommend Linda if you are looking for a knowledgeable, Hardworking, and personal real estate agent.
