For years we have watched Viviana work with our friends. Weve observed her hard work and seen the success shes had in selling their homes and helping them find new homes. This year, it was our turn. The process of finding the right home for us took many months. We knew what we wanted, but its not so easy to explain it to others. Viviana was very patient with us as we poured over our likes and dislikes. She visited several houses with us and watched how we reacted to different things. After a few visits, we felt comfortable letting her visit properties for us and deciding which homes we should visit in person and which we should skip because she knew it would be a waste of our time. When we first walked into the house that we now call home, she knew it was a perfect fit. We wont give away all her tactics, but her strategies got our offer accepted; and we couldnt be happier with our new home.
