I have been with Advantage Property Management Services for about three years now. I work with Harrison and he has been very professional, helpful and has made being a landlord so easy. Recently the dryer went out at my rental and Harrison did all the leg work and sent me links on choices of new dryers/washers. He really has taken care of us and our tenants. I have another rental but its in Southern California and is managed by a different property management service and Advantage Property Management Services is far better, but they dont service Southern California which is a bummer. I managed my rental myself for the first three years and ever since I hired APMS, it has freed up my time. At the end of the year, I print the reports for my taxes in minutes. Its the best professional time saver and they really help you with your contract and making sure you have ever in place.

They continue to provide outstanding service on our rental property for the last five years Yet another year has passed and we are sill very happy with he outstanding service you provide I believe this is our fifth year with Advantage Property Management services, and we are happy as before with their outstanding service. Still continue to be happy with the service we receive from Advantage Property Management. Yet another year has passed without any worries. This is our 6th year and we continue to be fully satisfied by the service This is our seventh year with your organization and we continue to be very satisfied with your service
