I recommend Peter and Mari without hesitation. They are authentic, experienced, patient and they help you find what you need as they truly care. As a new resident to the neighborhood who first needed help finding a rental- they were able to support me with that process. Fast forward to when I was ready to buy a home and I had very specific parameters- they listened, searched, and were able to help me find a match that fit all my family's needs. Now, we are making that house a true home! The personal touch that they bring to their business is bar none which, in turn, makes what can be an overwhelming process manageable and even enjoyable!

Our 1031 Dream Come True!
The old memories made in Hollister would have lasted a lifetime. Owning this home now is priceless! Four generations of our family had eaten in the kitchen, picked oranges from the backyard, opened Christmas gifts in the living room. Pulling out of driveway, watching our grandparents wave goodbye to us is our fondest memory.
It was no easy task for Mari and Peter to help us purchase this home as 1031 exchange .
McDowell Homes Group exemplified, professionalism, patience, and a can do attitude every step of the way!
We were up against tight time constraints, Navigating the real estate practices of another state, and working in tandem with our exchange coordinator and attorneys in different time zone.
