Serendipity Spa in Pleasanton is so lovely and welcoming! Tamara Martin is my esthetician and she is exceptional at her job! Her hydrafacial is the best facial that I have ever had (3x)! Tamara is more than exceptional at providing services and is great with botox! Tamara is warm, knowledgeable, and very fun! She is a joy! My facial skin is improving with every visit! I am looking forward to my next appointment, with Tamara!

I experienced my first hydrafacial and it exceeded my expectations. Tamara is a professional who is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She explained every step of the process and the benefits. It left my skin bright, moisturized and glowing. Its a power wash for your face! I highly recommend Serendipity Beauty Lounge!

Serendipity is the best way to describe this amazing salon. I felt so comforted when I spoke with Tamara as she guided me through an in depth consultation for my first time getting lip filler. I wanted something natural but still prominent. She did an excellent job making me feel safe and moving with ease but still being attentive. And the little goodie bag at the end of your appointment is the sweetest touch! 10/10 experience!

I saw Tamara a few months ago and ( I will admit I was a bit nervous) , It was my first visit with her. From the time I stepped inside I felt welcomed and at ease! She is knowledgeable and listens to everything carefully, all while being very personable ! She took her time, I never felt rushed at all, if anything I felt she went above and beyond in every way! I need to go see her again soon, cant wait!!
