Super fast! I came into the office and had to fill out minor paperwork. Once I was finished, Dr. Danna Yang saw me immediately. She prescribed me a medication for my hormonal acne and gave me a product suggestion. She was very professional, respectful and well educated. Once I left the hospital I picked up the medication at a pharmacy of my choice. Great experience! Really appreciated my visit and hope to see results soon or in time for my next appointment in 3 months.

Dr. Juliana Cinque at Berman Skin Institute.
We were very impressed with Dr. Cinque. She saw us promptly, listened patiently (no pun intended :) and did a thorough examination, explained her diagnosis & answered all questions. She focused all her attention on the patient; excellent bedside manner! Following the treatment showed excellent results in very short time; something the previous doctor had missed.
Another big plus was the ease of getting an appointment at the clinic! We looked on Friday evening, and were expecting to be told to wait for several weeks (as is the case with most specialists); we were able to get one for Monday morning. Wow!
