I'm sorry but I didn't even stay. I wasn't happy. You need to put in the app that you're under construction. And your front desk person told me at 10 am when I called my room would be ready at 1 pm. I got there at 1:50 pm and it wasn't. I was told to wait while they asked housekeeping if a room was ready. I requested a non adjoining room. Then she forgot about me. She said she'd wave my parking fee and try to upgrade me. Then she put me in an adjoining room and when I got there the door was open and housekeeping wasn't sure if it was ready. I went back to the front desk and told them it was unacceptable. I had 3 reservations and I cancelled all of them. Worst Marriott experience. I called Marriot customer service and made a complaint. I make my reservations a month in advance. It was for work and I got left without a room. I stay at the Four Points San Rafael as well for work no bad experiences. In fact everything is good so I took my sister on a mini vacation and we stayed there she loved it. I've stayed at the Four Points Scotts Valley also a great stay with no problems. I'm a titanium elite memberI stay with Marriott 2-4 times a month. So disappointing.

I've been coming here for years and it has evolved. Good to Bad to Good. I like the place and the maintenance staff are spectacular.
