The business is out of Rancho Cordova, but they have local support in the Livermore/Pleasanton/Dublin area. Jim was my contact and he was excellent. He asked for photos of the leaking pipe in our fire sprinkler system. He provided a quote within minutes and we scheduled the repair appointment right away. The crew was clearly knowledgeable and resolved the problem in under 2 hours. That included having to go to the local hardware store to get a replacement fitting that was non typical. Their rates were lower than the other two places I contacted and they didn't charge something called a truck charge. While there was a minimum of 4 hours (which all the other businesses I called also had), I was happy it went less than that and would call them again if I needed work on my home fire sprinkler system.
