    They are not in the business of dentistry. They are scam artists. Every chance they get they tack on an extra charge. They refused to clean my teeth without charging for x rays. They already have my x ray from last year. They charge a co pay for cleaning even with insurance. They always try to sell you on services you don't need. It feels a lot like a used car sales lot than a dentist office.

    Was with the Clinic for 2 years but was never given a gum probe or gum health advise. During my last visit the dentist cleaned my teeth in 10 minutes and left ( not like my previous dentists in other states where I came from where a dental hygienist takes 20 minutes to do a thorough job.)

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. After making a costly mistake on my initial insurance authorization, they covered their tracks by referring me to their other office, where they can bill higher rates for "specialty services"... literally the same service, performed by the same dentist. The only difference is the higher rate, which results in a much larger out-of-pocket cost to me. I am mid-procedure, and being held hostage to pay higher rates than agreed, despite obtaining a written quote and pre-authorization - and they won't perform the rest of my procedure until I agree to pay in advance for the additional amount (which my insurance company has advised NOT to do). As a person on a fixed income, I cannot afford to complete the procedure at a much higher rate - so now I'm stuck with a half-complete implant (literally for months, now). After weeks of contacting the regional billing manager (Jena) they no longer answer or return my calls. They give the runaround between their offices, claiming that only certain people have access to billing or insurance information, but no one can say who those people are. After calling their billing department with a Delta advocate on the call (who kindly explained to them that they could resolve all of this by sending in one simple form) - they still have not resolved the issue. It's been several days, and I'm still waiting for a response. Their operational side is a slow-moving train wreck, and they are only here to take your money. To get higher rates, their billing staff is playing games with insurance - especially Medicare patients - and they are far more concerned with payment than they are with providing good services. Unacceptable. If you go here, or to any of their other offices, good luck - you'll need it.
