Deanna is professional and friendly, and knows her eye lashes! I feel comfortable there and the staff are friendly! THe place is always clean and I am so glad I found them! I've been coming here for almost a year to get my lash extensions and am totally addicted! I love how natural but complimentary the lashes are to my face. My lashes always look great even up until the day I do my refills. The service is also super friendly and respond quickly.Deanna and her lash techs are so skilled!

I did my lashes there twice and I'll be honest the glue they use it's not irritating staff are very nice and friendly but both of the times my lashes were not done well pretty disappointed because the second time I told them one has very little lashes than the other I was ignored in this regard, and on top of it they tried to push you to make two weeks appointments saying if it's pass two weeks we will charge full sets price really? But yet you are telling customers our lashes last four weeks, well we all don't have free time to fit two weeks schedule,

BROKE & BROWLESS Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible technician. If you want to waste $400 on getting your eyebrows microbladed/microneedled for them to only last 9 DAYS, then this is the place for you! After reaching out to leah ackerman, the tech that performed the shotty job, she informed me that it was in fact not her problem and refused to make things right. Referring me to her 12 page waiver and also scolding me for reaching out to her after her hours. I know they are semi-permanent but damn 9 days! 9 days! If you want to be out $400 AND out of eyebrows then head to this fine establishment. She sure hates her job and it shows in her lack of interest and concern for customer satisfaction. Go ahead and give em try..... You'll walk away broke and browless!!
