This is an extremely late review, but worth sharing. Shadya Guyton was our sales person who made our purchasing experience extremely pleasant. We had scouted out two other Lexus locations with one being incredibly high pressure, while the other just didn't seem to do much to help us locate an exterior/interior color combo. While we did end up running into a couple of issues, she along with her manager Austin helped us resolve everything in the end making it an overall pleasant experience. Brian from parts also helped us along with Greg, another manager.

Jason from service not only treats me like a VIP member of the Lexus family when I am onsite but makes sure that the service continues after I pick up my vehicle.
