I brought my car in to get an estimate for a scratch on the wheel well of my car. The car did not appear to have a dent, but a transfer of paint from the pole that was scraped. The estimator looked at the car and said let me take it into the body shop to have the scrape buffed. When he brought back the car it looked like brand new and the paint had been removed from the car without any damage to the car. There customer service is excellent. This is the second time i have used Mike's(Crash Champions) and have had the same consist courtesy and quality work. Thanks Service: Body & Trim

Needed to take my car in to get the rear bumper replaced, which was set up through State Farm. After two separate unpleasant dealings with another auto body repair shop in Dublin, CA, State Farm suggested Mikes Auto Body. I wish we had been able to go with them from the beginning!!! Superior service! Pleasant, organized, informative and they did a great job!! I thought excellent customer care was a thing of the past, but Mikes Auto body in Pleasanton was amazing!! This place was bought out by crash champions which I believe used to be mikes auto body and they are just fooling people by the excellent ratings that Mikes auto body had. My vehicle was sent to this location by AAA and after looking at the reviews I thought this was a good choice. But my experience with this body shop has been nothing but a total nightmare. The main service advisor George knows nothing about cars or trucks. After the repair, every time I would turn hard to either side my truck yuck started making a loud noise, it seemed like something wasnt seated properly. My steering would also shift based on which side I turned the truck and stay crooked. Took it back initially George made all possible excuses what it could be and they finally found out that the nuts on the cross member were left loose. Which was simple to fix but now my alignment was out, which was a consequence of the mistake the body shop made but George informed me that its something that the insurance wont cover and Ill have to pay $250 for it hat out of pocket. My insurance was kind enough to cover that expense but guess what my alignment was still out after their mechanic charged $250 to fix the issue. And now again George had another excuse that my bushings are worn out and they cannot fix the alignment until I replace those now. This person is either incompetent or outright committing fraud. I took my vehicle to big o tires and they fixed the issue for $130. Ive left a message for the corporate to contact me but no response. Please beware dont go to this location. If you still decide to go there just ask a couple of technical questions from this guy and youll know what Im trying to say. I would really appreciate if anybody from their corporate or customer service department would contact me. Otherwise Ill be posting reviews on all possible forums related to my experience.
