I contacted Pleasant Hills via their website regarding an Audi A7 they had listed. I was contacted the next day via text by Mason who offered to answer any questions I had and set up a test drive. I replied explaining I was out of state and had a few questions and wanted some more information about the A7. I sent this simple set of questions and asked for a reply. At this point I was 3 months into a nationwide car search. I was looking at A7's, Phaetons and Touaregs across the country. I am a VW and Audi enthusiast and have owed dozens of VAG vehicles. I have no problem traveling across the country for the right car. I explained this in my messages as well. I wanted Mason to know I was a serious buyer. After several days of no reply I asked for a reply. Mason did then reply and offered to set up a live video with him and a mechanic to show the car and answer the questions I had. Mason agreed to 2 different time windows for the next day. Unfortunately I was never contacted the next day nor for several days after. when I replied that I was disappointed that I was never contacted I received no reply. As luck would have it a beautiful Touareg came on the market shortly thereafter and I contacted the dealer that had it listed. They where happy to answer my questions and I traveled out and picked up the car the next weekend, paying very close to asking which BTW was within hundreds of the asking price for the A7 at Pleasant Hills. I hope Pleasant Hills can learn that serious buyers ask serious questions and if you spend a little bit more time you will get a sale and we will recommend you to all our car buddies across the country.

I bought a truck with them. Before the test drive, they disconnected the battery so as not to see the Check engine on, then I reported to them and they asked me to take it to their mechanic who only did the same thing to me again "erasing the codes, they don't fix it, that's how it was on the two occasions I took it. Bad decision.
