Quality Tree Care Arborist & Tree Removal

My experience with Quality Tree team exceeded my expectations The crew was on time annd professional . They began by effortlessly removing three tall mature trees deftly using a tall crane and then they used it to trim a fourth large tree. However, a very tall Alder with large twin trunks had to be removed by hand. Andrew, Johnny and Val worked like a well oiled machine to remove it by deconstructing the tree piece by piece. Andrews skill is amazing. His experience and expertise as a tree climber was on display as he scaled each trunk and used science, and the art of ropes to carefully and safely bring each trunk down piece by piece. Throughout the job the crew was a pleasure to be around. And they cleaned up well before they left. I hung out to watch the whole operation and would give it ten stars. Highly recommend. Also, quote was reasonable.

Andrew and his team were fabulous in their work! They arrived on time, communicated in a friendly and professional manner, did an amazing job cutting down our very large silver maple and trimming several other trees. And, they left the property neat and tidy when they were done! Danny, the arborist, gave us a thorough and knowledgeable consultation and estimate when we were starting our search for a tree removal company. We are very impressed with this company from start to finish.

Tree Care-Pruning With all the rain, my Red Pin Oak tree grew incredibly the last two years. Vertically, it grew 12 feet! The tree was at 50 feet. And the canopy grew outwards 10-15 feet. It is so much easier to prune without leaves on it. So I started my search and research, I reached out to 6 companies via their online estimate request. Three did not respond at all. So they were thrown out. Do not have an online form if no one is going to answer it. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by three companies. I made sure that all the companies had a business license and Contractors license. (CSLB) By far the quickest and most thorough response was from Quality Tree Care Arborist. The office manager, Stephanie was very pleasant and excellent on follow up. She had Danny McGuire contact me within several hours. I stressed I wanted it done soon. Danny was prompt and let me know when he was getting close to my house. He spent 45 minutes looking at the tree since it so tall with huge branches. I gave him my goals to reduce the height and bring the canopy in. The tree is 58 years old. Danny got back to me in 4 hours with an estimate. It was not the lowest but the information on how they would accomplishment the pruning satisfied me without endangering my tree, my garden or my house. On Monday, the crew led by Andrew showed up and started work. The crew was very good. With Andrew, there were 4 members. Andrew was in the tree while another man had a 30 foot cutting pull and he was cutting lower limbs. Securely, Andrew cut the limbs with with a chainsaw. The big limbs were lowered to the ground by ropes. I am in awe at how they do it. Within 2.5 hours, the job was completed. They did a great job cleaning up. I cant recommend this company enough. Great group of people. I was surprised that one company required a $150 deposit to come out and visit to give an estimate. The $150 deposit would be deducted from the total bill. I found this strange. Why would a company exclude itself from competition? Now I feel safe that a huge limb will not fall on my roof and my entire yard will not be totally shaded.
