While Peter has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market, guidelines and laws, most importantly he is a trustworthy individual with a great moral compass and constantly works in the best interest of his client(s).

There are so many great things to say about Peter but we will keep it short and sweet. We were referred to Peter by a close friend and couldn't be happier with our decision to work with him. He was punctual, easy going, responsive, flexible and knowledgeable. This was our first home and Peter walked us through every step of the home buying process with ease and answered all of our questions (no question is ever a dumb question with Peter). Peter was amazing to work with! He helped me listing my single family home in Pleasant Hill, CA. Listing a home and getting them prepared could be stressful experiences for most people. But Peter’s experience and resourcefulness made it a breeze. Coming from an analytics background, I am very data-informed when making decisions. When Peter visited the house to assess the property, he came prepared with a comprehensive CMA to help me understand the market and come up with a pricing strategy. Not only that, he was always punctual and friendly. But the most important thing that I looked for was whether he would treat my property like his own, and he indeed delivered. There was an unexpected situation; I had a sudden trip to Europe so it made the process bumpy. But Peter led us, the buyer, and the escrow team navigate through the storm — his leadership trait is a rare quality among listing agents. His post-sale service was also top-notch. Most real estate would leave you at that after sale. But Peter provided us with recommendations for CPAs, tax advisors, and document packages. Some real estate agents see customers as moneymakers but Peter sees his customers as a lifetime client. That was my experience working with Peter. I strongly recommend Peter as a listing agent. I would not think twice to partner with him again for my future listings or purchases.

Peter was/is an incredible real estate agent. There is much to say about him and insufficient space here so I will focus on his greatest attributes. Peter is knowledgeable, not only about homes and their structures but also in crafting and submitting competitive offers. He is very quick at dialing in on a family's needs in a home and then tracking it down. And he is not about making a sale. There were times when we thought a home could be a good fit and he reminded us that it did not fit our needs. He is excellent at putting together informed and competitive offers as well as negotiating and knowing when to walk away from a deal because the seller's agent is being unreasonable. Lastly, he taught us so much about what to look for when reading hundreds of pages of disclosures- he caught items that we missed. And then he took an inordinate amount of time to educate us on home assets and weaknesses- and how to consider these items in an offer. When we buy our next property, we will undoubtedly use his services.

Where do we even start? First, we would definitely recommend Pete as a partner in your homebuying process. As first time homebuyers it was important that we found someone who would work well with our family. We also wanted someone who would match our energy and commitment to the process. He took time to understand what our needs and wants were as a family. He was also really good with our 4 year old! While he suggested different areas that might meet our budget and needs, we never felt pressured to go along with those recommendations. We really appreciate how thorough he was in walking us through a home visit and reviewing disclosures especially at the start. He provided enough details without being overwhelming and we enjoyed his storytelling about lessons he learned in his real estate career. He is knowledgeable about the market and was realistic with whether we could be competitive on a property. However he was still game to see homes that were likely out of reach. It was grounding to have someone who was supportive but also provided honest feedback. We never felt alone in the process even after we closed on the house. With Pete's help and commitment we closed on a home in the city we wanted to be.
