        Mabel, Ashley and of course Dr. Cangini made my first visit here a great experience. Mabel explained my insurance thoroughly and patiently. She answered all my questions in a way that i can understand. Dr. cangini is amazing. So amazing that i followed him to this office. :) he did my previous implant & he does amazing work. Hes also very caring and listened to all my concerns. Also, when i first called their office last week to make an appointment Mabel was so pleasant and friendly. She is also very efficient and thorough!

        I wanted to say some good things about this place, but there is a problem with their receptionist. Very rude of how she spoke to me today, I actually do not feel well and I wanted to cancel my appointment due to having COVID symptoms. However, I am FORCED to come in because of they are wanting to charge me 65 dollars knowing in their TEXT messages, to let them know if I have any covid symptoms not to come in the office. Well, I felt that today and this woman HAILEY states, "I do not make the policy and you still need to pay for your fee if you are not coming in." Again, you have a text message of confirmation to me stating to inform you if I feel any symptoms and not to come in. Yet, I did that and you know I have symptoms and you want me to come in? Does this make sense? You also want to charge me for something out of my control? I will say this now, tomorrow coming in SICK will be the last time I will ever be in this dental office. I will never come to this place again because now I have to rethink, should I even come in tomorrow 9/22/23 at 1PM knowing they are letting anyone in the office with symptoms....just wow. Do not talk to Hailey, she is rude. I hope the doctor sees this review, as the common sense is not here.
