I have had a very bad experience with this group.  Glen set up the system for us at a rental we had and was very condescending and grumpy -- antagonized because he wants "all adults present" for the whole set up even though we have things like jobs.  However, I gave him a grain of salt because the truth is that we are not good with understanding how networks operate, so perhaps it is irritating to deal with someone like us. But when we moved, he was supposed to set up the new system at the new house.  His set up has been a disaster. The password has NEVER worked on one of the four networks in the house and when I called him he blamed us saying it is impossible that it is not working and clearly we are not inputting the password correctly.  I have decided not to include all of the gory details, but suffice it to say in the end I have paid him over $800 (some of that was equipment, not just labor) and of the 4 networks he set up just 6 months ago in this house, two have failed, one we cannot get into because the password doesn't work (our fault, remember?), and we are limping along on the last remaining slow network.  I am not willing to call this company again so I am going to pay hundreds of dollars to someone else to undo what he did and give us a system that works.  I told my experience to my friend that originally referred Glen to me, and she said she unfortunately ended up having the same thing happen and also paid someone else to redo her network.

Very pleasant, forthcoming people.  None of the impatient, contemptuous attitude you sometimes encounter with tech experts.  Helpful, skilled, patient.  I recommend Coleman highly.

My Lenovo X220 died - or better said, it's fan system broke down. A fan is something I've replaced myself but evidently this laptop was designed by someone who had undergone several lobotomies - the fan is welded to the motherboard. Yeah, I know - dumber than a box of rocks. I called around several advertised computer repair shops specializing in Lenovo. My calls were generally answered by a (I imagine) gum-chewing, 20 year-old, emo-styled air-head who had no idea about computers or their moving parts and who all basically said, drop your unit off, we cannot tell you how much or how long on the phone (even though this MUST be a standard fix) and they charge $125 an hour with no cap.Coleman's crew were professional, refreshingly helpful, willing to give a rough estimate, willing to give a time frame and were willing to offer options. My laptop has come back - it took 4 days longer than expected but this was no fault of theirs (Lenovo had run out of bits) and the cost was within the predicted amount. The service is excellent, polite and helpful. Thank you!

I've had nothing but great experiences with the people at Coleman Computer Services.  As I was opening a new business, they helped troubleshoot some issues I was having and have continued to customize my technology to meet my clinical needs.They are extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.  I'm really happy to have them on my side and to know they are only a phone call away!
