Greedy shameless criminals. Ashley deceptively claimed I never answered her calls which isnt true. I corresponded with her at least once. They want to punish me by exploiting me for $200 for reconnection fee instead of the $50 it was. Id rather pay no reconnection fee but Id much rather pay $50 instead of $200. Sickening. Rotten to the core.

It's a company, not a public service. I've always had easy and nice refills, billing options and all the girls on the phones have been kind.

This company is sneaky and tries to get the money out of you, any possible way. I specifically told them NOT to refill my propane unless I request it, and every single time they show up without authorization, and attempt to fill it up saying I have called them and requested it, which is a lie. So after successfully sending away 3 drivers, this morning I managed to overlook them, and they sneaked in, and filled the tank! The driver said to call the office and request to be put on will call, but first of all, they should have put me on the will call after I send 3 of their drivers away, and secondly, you can't reach the office, and have to leave a voicemail. This company is simply NOT GOOD and NOT RUN WELL. Stay away from it

Moved on from Kamps high prices & lack of customer service, they are closed when it says they are open, nor do they answer phones, they no longer fill smaller tanks at their Placerville location for BBQ's etc. They were to CALL before picking up their tank on 07/15/2023, no call & no pick-up, I called them on 07/16 am, they would need to have someone (at Placerville office) call me back, because again they do not answer phones at that location. No call back, had an appt. to get too, so left around 3:30. Low & behold we arrived home later in the eve. to find the tank had been picked up. The tank had approx. 50 gallons in it and our purchase price at the time filled was $3.479/gal. Let's see what we will get redunded. I asked about the tank rental at $65./year that was paid in April, she explained they do not refund/prorate for tank rental and that it would take 30-days to get refunded on the propane. ugh!

Purchased a home with one of their tanks onsite and was going to start a lease with them But found out that they came onto the property, removed the pigtail, and locked the tank before I had a chance to call. No note, no letter, just nice cold showers while I waited to get a tank from another company. Called Kamps to tell them to get the tank off the property multiple times with no luck. Two months later they showed up after I sent them a 30 day notice. Go with Signature Propane. Wayyyyy butter customer service.
