They were super responsive and answered my questions thoroughly! Broderick came and installed a water softener that I bought from HomeDepot and his work was done nicely. Reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend Honest Sewer & Drain to others.

Dustin took our aging and overly complicated sewer situation, and in a single day's work he simplified and modernized it. The other 3 quotes I got suggested our water would be offline for almost a week. Even where we ran into unexpected issues, Dustin made sure everything was made right. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with the Honest Team.

I had a big sewer problem that took me by surprise. I called several companies for an estimate. Honest Sewer & Drain was the only company to assure me they could handle the job. They came out quickly for an estimate, clearly explained the full scope of the job and told me how to contact the city/county for additional information & help. Honest Sewer began work the next day & finished quickly, ahead of schedule. The even found other things wrong when they were under the house, provided me pictures of those other things wrong and fixed those things for free. Everyone was professional, friendly, competent and hard working. I had all the pipes under my house replaced and a brand new sewer line trenched under the backyard. The entire project was finished in just 2 days!

Please look no further if you need ANY plumbing services!!!!!!!!!! I am a female who just bought their first home in Placerville and sure enough a week in the kitchen sink gets backed up. I called a company who wasn't available for a week and day of tried to cancel due to weather conditions - to which I replied- what conditions? It's barely sprinkling!? Anyways thank goodness they couldn't handle the rain because I contacted THIS company and they replied immediately and were kind enough to accommodate me same day! They were even able to quote me over the phone (other company wouldnt) AND, check this out, when Dustin arrived and the problem ended up being some squirrels hiding their acorn stash causing my kitchen sink to flood (lol), he charged me only $150 (compared to the $220 quote) fixed the issue, and gave me some kind recommendations for some shotty plumbing work that may want to be addressed in the future (but would be fine now)which, ladies and gentlemen, just goes to show that this is not only a company that honors their work but also lives up to their name! THANK YOU! You'll be hearing from me as soon as that shotty plumbing work busts :)

Our water pressure regulator was showing signs of failure and we were in search for a quick assessment and correction before it actually failed and risked damage to our plumbing and appliances. We contacted Honest Sewer & Drain and they were very responsive and were able to assess the situation and conduct the repair within a very timely manner. We did obtain a second estimate for the work and Honest's price was more competitive. In addition to the water pressure regulator change out, Honest advised on changing out the water shut off valve from a gate style valve to a 1/4 turn ball valve as additional measure of protection. The gate valves can also fail at older ages and it made sense to do it all at once. Our technician was Brody and he was very responsive and followed through on his communications. An online invoicing and payment system also added to making the transaction smooth. We were very satisfied with the work and happy to be able to support a locally owned and operated company!
