Same comment as others. they could come out same day but not sure when, called 4 hours later and they said call someone else. Probable where i should have started

Same as S. Rab. called with clogged drain line. Said they'd be here in hour and a half. Never Showed. Next morning they called said they'd be here in a few hours. Again, nobody showed. I called them and they acted like they'd never even heard of me--said no one available.

Water heater stopped working. Called Placerville office first thing in the morning. Was told they could have a guy come by in 2 to 3 hours. No one showed. They left a message at 5 PM apologizing for not showing and if I still needed help call them in the morning. Called first thing next morning. They said they would be out that day. Again no show, no phone call until about 5pm. Wasted 2 days waiting. My fault for giving them 2nd chance. Would have had more respect if they told me from beginning that they were to booked up. Won't give them another chance.
