        It is with pleasure that I am dropping a few lines to praise the excellent and efficient customer service I have always received from Carbon Copy Team and Crew.I had problems with my scanner for weeks and was getting very frustrated.  I finally called Carbon Copy.  Candy who is always friendly and helpful took my call.  I was very impressed how quick she acted.  She called tech support and before hanging up let me know that Larry was on his way.  Within the hour, Larry knocked on my door.  He fixed my scanner and made me verrrrrry happy.  Indeed Carbon Copy was rightly awarded "BEST" small business in El Dorado.Kudos to you and your crew.Mariam Noujaim
