The blame is not this particular locations. The blame is corporate who booked two movers for me and confirmed the booking, only to have the movers cancel on me 5 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house to move me. The movers claimed the booking is actually not a "firm" booking and that Uhaul is implying it is, which very much was the case with me. I incurred significant additional charges from Uhaul and for 3 nights I my wife and I had to spend in a hotel that was necessitated by having to try to move myself as a single 60 year old man.

Don't come here they are Rude and Racist. If they don't like you they not going to give you any truck to rent even you have a Reservation, they going to say that you only have 4 Hrs to rent the Truck. Because they always need the all their truck in the Morning.

Large U-haul location with a good selection trucks, trailers, and supplies. Parking is a bit tight to navigate and associates could be more friendly.

Rented a trailer for 1 day and was double charged . Called and asked for a refund as it was charged in error. It has been over a week and still no correction. Called several times ! They never answer their phone, had to explain the situation to their customer service. We needed to rent again and visited a different location. What a difference! Dont rent from uhaul in Placentia
