        Slow and unresponsive. It felt like they were not interested in my order because it was a small quantity. At certain point, they never replied to my email or my answer my call.

        Inexperienced printer. If you're a creative, look elsewhere. They use an inkjet printer and lack experience in color matching. It was also poorly packaged. Dealing with their customer service team was a headache and in the end, worth it to just pay another service more.
