Was given a gift in a box with warranty and card. Should have read reviews on this company and its batteries. It was an absolute disaster! I was told that even though the Powerall battery was new in a case, with warranty card, it was not in warranty because it was made 2017. GRYPHON ELECTRONICS told me they could not do anything to help on this $120 battery. Battery was swollen and dead and dangerous. Do not buy anything from Gryphon!!!

This company's PowerAll Jump Pack was charging in my newly purchased truck. The lithium battery in the PowerAll blew up and caught my truck on fire. The were willing to help with the repair costs and asked for a few estimates. I immediately went and received 3 estimates and I have not heard a peep from this company. I will be filing a lawsuit for defective lithium battery. I would not recommend any of their products that operate from a lithium battery. Its dangerous and could of seriously injured a family member.

I got burned by this company!! Stay away at all costs!! I sent back $2000 + worth of merchandise, requested to be taken care of, and they gave me nothing but the run around!! I am very disappointed, they seemed like good people. But in the end, I called back 10 times, never got a call back nor taken care of!! I am from Bonnie clyde if you guys want to call me back and assist me. Thanks!!
