The most disrespectful employees ive ever had to deal with.
Both representatives I spoke with were very disrespectful, they would interrupt me while I was trying to answer there questions. When i was finally able to get a sentence out the representative "Michael" cut me off once again and talk me "now I see why the other representative hung up on you." And hung up on me. How can a company claiming to "help people" get medical insurance, if there employees treat potential customers like trash?
