Placita luxe formally know as the union place, moved in Nov 2021 and it was amazing, friendly staff and amazing maintenance men. Moved out in Nov 2023, completely different place, had been sold 2 or 3 times before I moved and it felt as if gang member had taken over as management. The new Maintenance guy, was surly a master of Mackey mouse craftsmanship. The main leasing agent I believe was Griselda Blanco Restrepo daughter, cause she was scary and had alot of tattoos all over her arms and neck, very intimidating not at all welcoming, as if she majored in choke holds and submissions and minored in customer service. By the time we left we were having so many problems, I was just glad to get out of there.

I wanted to thank Carol and and her team for such a wonderful experience when searching for a new place. They were really helpful and made me feel welcoming. I loved the place and I'm glad I came across with this rental property.

Just visited my in-laws for the weekend and everything was amazing! Enjoyed movie night last night and had the pleasure of meeting Carol whom made sure my visit was perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, organized, well maintained property.
