Verizon

Melissa was super helpful and explained the benefits of all different tiers of options I had with Verizon's new unlimited plans. She also helped me with all the line/data transfer as well as applying the liquid skin to my new phone. The store manager was also very helpful in determining the right phone for me and also gave me $15 per month BIC bill incentive credit for 3 years of my contract. This is the right time to switch back to Verizon (I returned from T-Mobile) and this store is the place to do it. I still haven't got my $15 a month BIC yet...

Samuel was one of the most perfessional reps I Have ever worked with. He showed the utmost respect and care for our situation. Long story short my phone was not working. I came into the store to fix the issue, he not only fixed our issue but related our plans and paid cheaper!!!! Not only did I pay cheaper I was able to get a upgrade for less then a dollar due to these awesome promotions. I would highly recommend working with Samuel he was so kind and knowledgeable not to mention the ammount of patience he had. 10/10 would come back again.

This visit alone made me loose faith in the future of humanity. The moment I walked through the door, 2 of the 3 employees ran into the back as if they had a phobia of doing their job. The remaining employee kindly greeted me by asking "what do you want?" I said I wanted to switch my current phone over to version. She replied, "so you don't want a new phone?" I replied no. At this moment, I lost her. She tried her best to be as non-helpful as possible. In fact, if being useless was a sport, this staff would've been Olympic gold medalists. I almost admired her for it. After 10 minutes of me trying to convince her to let me give version my money, one of the two skittish coworkers, who was curiously sweaty, came out from hibernation and proceeded to sit directly on the floor. I know what you're thinking, this can't be real. I was thinking the same thing myself. After processing the last 25 minutes I'd spent in this twilight zone, I figured it was time to go. With all this being said, not only will I not be switching to Verizon, I am completely giving up on modern western society. This review will be my last use of modern technology before I move off the grid to ensure I never have to go through this again. If idiots were airplanes, this Verizon store would be an airport. I sincerely recommend you stay away.
