H&R Block

I former tax preparer retired. For the last 2 years I went to H&R Block in Petaluma. Diane Solari prepared my taxes. the first year, and I saw her  doubting, there were problems with appointments, comunication and dates. I belive she did a good Job with my taxes. I went back for the second time, last year.  I encounter some of the same problems. Probable the taxes were right. This year I made an appointment in the same office and requested a different tax preparar. Te office made an appointment for March 8, and it was confirmed with Arlene. The Day before the appointmet I called the office and I was informed that I did nor have anny appointment on March 8, and the next possible appointment was in April. I requested a call back. Arlene returned my call, in the evening, and told me that she had seen my appointmet but her boss had cancel it, and stated that hr boss does that rutingly, and hurt her feelings, but she has nothing to do with her appointments, her boss makes them for her. Arlene was kind, and i imformed her that I will make a review, she was in agreement.  I lost trust in the H&R Block, Petaluma office and should be investiigated for violations of ethical standards.
