        I reserved a space online and then went to the office. The woman there was new (no fault of hers) and wasn't trained on getting us our unit nor setting us up correctly. We parked in an open space and turns out it was the wrong one so we had to go back and move it on another day. The space was tight and hard to get in and out of. Several months later, I received notice of an increase in fee. When we decided to give notice, they acknolwedged our end date in writing and then I was charged the following month. When I called twice to dispute, they were very nice but couldn't figure it out. They asked me to email directly, which I did and I never received a response. Poor customer service and training frankly.
