My experience at this restaurant tonight can only be compared to that time in my youth when I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Actually, the bike accident might be just a tad more enjoyable, all things considered. At least with that incident, I eventually got a new bike. In this case, I ended up with a teeny, tiny charcuterie board, a bowl of bland, oil drenched mozzarella cheese blanketed with burnt toast and humdrum tapenade, an unforgettably amateur old fashioned, a run of the mill margarita, and quite possibly the most spiteful, misanthropic waitress in the restaurant business. She seldom found time to check on us (despite there being only a few parties in the entire joint), she collected plates and delivered food without saying a single word, and she even went as far as to go on a short rant about how the Whisper Sisters doesn't support big brands when I had the audacity to order a Bulleit and Coke. How dare I!!! Oh, and all that vapid value for only $60. That's right folks...$60 for bad food and even worse service! I feel like I just got mugged. Honestly, I would rather drop $60 at Taco Bell than $0.06 at this busted bistro. Do yourself a favor... as you walk up to this place, take a beat, slap yourself for almost ignoring my warning, then flip yourself around and find another (literally any other) establishment. You can thank me later.
