When we both purchased and later sold this property Timo was involved in the transaction. On purchase he represented the seller and provided accurate, clear and timely responses to our realtor's inquiries. Similarly when we sold the property he was very clear about pricing the property, marketing the property and the likely response we could expect. The property was listed on Friday, open house held two days later, on Sunday, and the home sold Monday, the following day. All followed smoothly from that point, in large part due to Timo's availability, knowledge and involvement. On a final note, Timo was extremely personable and unhurried; he and his team were a pleasure to work with.
