Shannon Howard-Bisordi at Vanguard Properties is an absolute professional in every sense of the word! I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa Matheson. When we first met her at an open house pre-COVID shut down, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing, were looking in a much lower price range than where we ended up, and Lisa never batted an eye at that or treated us any differently. She told us early on that she loves working with first time home buyers, and it really shows. She was incredibly responsive to us throughout the entire process--she kept us well informed with changing markets, what to bid (and she was spot on every time, even when we went a little below what her advice was, it sold for exactly what she suggested every single time! She really knows her stuff!). Buying a home can be such a stressful experience, but Lisa takes that away and always focuses on the positive. We are so thrilled with our house, but so sad that we won't be having (almost daily) correspondence with her.
