Hilary was instrumental in helping us find our first home. Her market insight was exceptional, but what really impressed me was her strategic thinking when it came down to the offer & counter offer process. On top of that, her wealth of connections helped us to get a top loan agent with a strong reputation in the industry. We had worked with several realtors up to this point and never signed with any because it didnt feel like any of them really offered anything special that we couldn't do ourselves. Hilary demonstrated a level of nuance and depth knowledge that we hadn't seen before in other realtors, and, sure enough, it helped us get the very first house we bid on after signing with her. Not only that, we beat out 9 other offers and it STILL ended up appraising for more than we paid for it! Absolutely unheard of these days. I credit our luck and success to Hilary and her invaluable skills and connections. She was even kind enough to set us up with some cleaning/maintenance services after closing to help us get our new home move-in ready asap. Thanks Hilary!

Hilary helped us locate our first home in a great location - she's extremely knowledgable about Petaluma and knew a lot about other cities/towns in Marin County. She was extremely responsive, barely taking any breaks (and when she did, she made sure she had an equally responsive backup). She was punctual to all of our appointments, extremely patient with us first-time home buyers, and very encouraging.

Hilary is an absolute gem of a realtor! With her being a long-time local that is deeply connected in the Petaluma community, it was a no-brainer to reach out to Hilary when I decided it was time to consider making the move from renting to buying. As a single, first-time home buyer, I had a lot of hesitancy going into the process.
