Put simply, they're efficient, friendly, and competent. We've done several transactions, from a complex home purchase (contingent sale), to a condo purchase, to home equity loan, to refinance. Theres not enough words to describe how great The Regan Team were, throughout our transaction. Communication is key, especially when youre trusting someone to dig through your finances, and The Regan Team did just that. Patricia and Michael would give us updates along the way, and always sent us positive vibes (especially after the numerous offers that werent accepted). As our hope started to dwindle on finding a home, Patricia would call us and provide us with the motivation we needed to get through another offer.
