Simply put, Scott knows his stuff! I spent an hour with him discussing different options, from renting to buying, investing in income properties, when to talk to an accountant to look at various tax ramifications and real estate values in general. He's extremely knowledgeable and willing to share ideas. It's obvious to me he cares about his clients, not just securing them a loan. I highly recommend Scott.

Scott Lawson Mortgage Broker here in Petaluma is very knowledgeable in VA, First Time Home Buyers, Reverse Purchases really any type of mortgage loan. I would definitely recommend using him!

I'm happy with Scott servicing our mortgage. When we first got our mortgage, I wasn't sure I was happy another company other than our mortgage company would be taking care of our loan. Scott has been great, we haven't need to call much, and he's been excellent with communication and continues to care for our needs. Good guy.
