I have lived in the park for a year and 3 months. Terri the park manager is awesome and goes above and beyond for the people in the park. She's very friendly and caring. She made us feel very welcomed when we frist were going through the process of purchasing our home here in the park. She has made so much up grades in the clubhouse that is welcoming and want to spend time in the clubhouse for all the fun activities that are put on.,and the pool area that was redone is awesome. I love the neighbors helping neighbors and everyone is very friendly. Brett is also awesome he keeps the park and garbage area well kept. I've made lots of new friends and couldn't ask for a better park to live in.

My husband and I have moved here from Novato at a good friend's suggestion, having never entered a Mobile Home or a Mobile Home Park before. After 22 wonderful years, we think of this move as the smartest action we have ever taken. It is a place we call home, and love living here. It is classy, clean, calm, cozy and very well managed especially after the purchase by the Treehouse Communities. We love and appreciate the friendliness and reliability of Terri Kester, the property manager who is always available to answer questions and help with issues homeowners' may have and constantly keep us informed. Our Home Owners Association has been making great efforts to keep the fun and entertainment going at the park for those who would like to participate.
