I applied with them and I waited for them. At 11am they cancelled without a reason! Horrible way to work!!!!

This practice has some absolutely AMAZING providers, but the customer service is completely non-existent. I have called the last 3 days, and the phone lines have been off for various reasons (today the phone lines are shut down for a meeting at 10am on a Tuesday). When I did get through a month ago, they offered either an appointment a month away or told me to go to urgent care. It's such a bummer that so many amazing providers are at this practice, because it's IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment to see one. I really don't want to leave my wonderful provider, but with a non-existent office staff, I am going to have to leave. I hope the providers see all of these reviews, and make some changes to patient care at their practice.

Dr Guyer is great but her staff is abysmal. They are the rudest and most dismissive people Ive ever had to work with to schedule an appointment. The receptionists act so inconvenienced by any question or request. Ive had them tell me that they cant take a message to my doctor. They seem incapable of apologizing or helping if youre in a bind with medication or anything. Awful at returning calls or dealing with multiple people in the office at once. Awful in person and over the phone. Dont go here if you like good service and being taken seriously.
