The lack in communication and the ability to contact my PCP is basically non-existent. Once you leave the center, good luck receiving adequate follow-up care. Its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I had to wait a week for a prescription to get filled despite many attempts to have it sent to a different pharmacy because their pharmacy was out of the medication. In fact, another time my doctor was out of town and nobody told me and my prescriptions were just not being sent in to the pharmacy. Im going back to Kaiser!

My doctors have always been good. it's just issues with the referral department. I have had an open referral for over a week now, it hasn't been sent to the doctor that needs to see me.

management is terrible. the manager was so mean to me. the staff is great though

Terrible service with the receptionists several times and I had to wait more than 45 minutes because they did not register my arrival, they did not know how to do it and they changed my appointment for another day and pretended that I did not arrive at my appointment, they were always talking among themselves and I didn't They pay attention to their work, they should train them better.
