Ten years with Farmers, called to change policy to a renter policy. Was told by Tom, "we got you." Heard nothing, checked in a month later, "I'll get right on it." No quotes ever generated. Finally had to go elsewhere to get coverage. When I called to cancel the policy there was no concern for why they lost business. No loyalty, no bueno.

I have been a client of this agency since moving out to CA from WI in 2017. I moved out about a month or two before the big Tubbs Fire. Paul and Tom made sure I was taken care of when it came to renters and auto policies. I dont mean they set up a policy and said I was good to go, they made sure I had suitable coverage in the case of a loss. This is something a lot of agencies dont do. Quite often you are not sufficiently covered in the event of any real loss. It is comforting to know that they insure you properly and take the time to explain your coverage. This agency has always gone above and beyond for me and I can quite honestly say if you reach out to them they are there to help. Always.

Absolutely the best insurance agents around. Without their help during the tubs fire I wouldve been lost. Very helpful very knowledgeable wouldnt work with anybody else. Thank you Paul DeMill and Tom Tower for all you do
