Rapid response and quick diagnosis of furnace failure. Awaiting major parts now. Will update review when complete. Update - Parts arrived a week late (supplier failed to complete order, but North followed up and resolved the problem). Once delivered, immediate response and careful reassessment of furnace control settings. Much appreciated!

We cannot say enough about how great North HVAC Services is! We replaced our very old furnace and air-conditioning units with a Mitsubishi state of the art Heat Pump, including all new ductwork. This is a family owned business (another plus) and Chris was extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience. His wife, Lila, manages the office and was expert at getting us the best rebates possible. Ian, and his crew, are highly skilled technicians who did the job in 3 days. Ian, especially, was a great foreman and explained in detail what was being done each day. We could not have asked for a better team for the installation. Finally, we highly recommend the Mitsubishi Heat Pump. Running on electricity rather than gas, it's very efficient and will save a lot on gas bills. This is a wonderful company and we're very confident you will be equally pleased with their work!
