These guys provide excellent care and physical therapy. It feels great knowing your workers have lots of training and people skills to cheer up the old folks they work with. Just working on mobility and independence gives people a bit of dignity and the personal attention takes away the stigma of being in a care home in their twilight years. My concern is with your staff's client loads. It disappoints me when therapists I work with have to take on over a dozen clients a day, drive all over the place to client homes, and work on weekends! Your staff is great, but the quality of their work will drop if they are overburdened. You need to treat them better. They might be afraid to say something in case the company overcompensates and doesn't give them enough work. I never say anything when the therapists arrive late because I know they have a crazy work schedule and it's not their fault.
