I saw Laurie over a year ago. She did a very detailed analysis of my nutrition and nutritional needs and made several recommendations. Through those recommendations of diet and supplement changes I have really found myself in great health with incredible energy, stamina and strength. I cannot thank Laurie enough!

Laurie is always on time and makes the best of our time. She comes with handouts and resources to support and provide the information we review during our sessions. Lauri has been very flexible and accommodating with me struggles and needs. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Im a home cook, a food snob, focused on healthy eating. My blood work was coming back with high glucose and high cholesterol. I realized my MD knew very little about nutrition. She wanted meds for me and I refused. I enlisted Lauries help and learned so much. She dissected my eating habits as well as helped me with supplements. I have followed her lead on all of this and in December I will go back for blood work to see if it worked. I feel great. Worth every penny.

I have been working with Laurie now for a couple months and she has helped me establish my diet for my needs. She is very thorough and willing to help establish a game plan. She is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you until you are at a point to be on your own. Looking forward to continuing to utilize her as I progress in the right direction.
