Great facility, very big and spread out. I think it's a sport or an active? but is as good as the super sports I used to go to in la. only thing it's missing is a glute machine, but it's got everything else, even enough free weights, which is nice. usually not even crowded? even during peak hours, which is awesome .. very clean, great facility!!

I was a member here for a couple years. Took a few off because of covid, finally went back a few months ago. Place was filthy and gross! Mirrors and bathroom looked like they havent been cleaned since 2019! Same toilet paper on the floor that never made it to the trash was in the bathroom floor weeks on end making it very obvious place wasnt being cleaned! I finally had to cancel my membership. Recently realized they continued charging my card for months. Manager has refused to return my calls about this. If your thinking about joining DONT!! Go to luma fitness instead! or try class pass!! I promise you wont regret it!

OK, I have been complaining for over a year about how dirty this gym is. Nothing is ever cleaned. How can you afford advertising billboards on 101 if you can't even afford to hire a cleaning service! I have complained regularly about the vast amount of hair and bar soap left in the drains. Today, another member drew my attention to a big fat dead COCKROACH in the women's locker room! The roach has been there for over a week. Where there is one cockroach there are many more. The floors are never cleaned and the drains are never professionally maintained, resulting in continual clogs. The handicap shower, the large one, is still clogged with a mat thrown over the top so no one can see how bad it is. Black mold lurks underneath.  Yesterday, 3/13, numerous maintenance guys were in the gym. Six to eight  machines had "no use" signs on them; either broken or in need of attention. By the way, the company has a new deceptive tactic of taking reviews from "Local Guides" I see. What a farce!
