Jessica is absolutely a pleasure! Her staff is also very friendly. She explains the lash lift process well and documents what she does to improve. I wanted to get a lash lift so I could stop using waterproof mascara to keep my curl up. My lashes are straight and have a slight tilt downward (like a roof). I naturally curl them with a spoon but have to use waterproof mascara to keep it up.
Know that it can be a process to get lashes lifted right. Theres a little discomfort in that some of the solution gets through the lids but doesnt last. Its such a nice environment though, I have fallen asleep at every session. Due to my straight lashes it did take three sessions to get it right, so it does take some patience and TOTALLY WORTH IT!
