        This place is the absolute worst clinic in the county

        WORST DENTAL CARE EVER. ESPECIALLY SINCE IT IS FOR CHILDREN WHO SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP THEIR TEETH FOREVER. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE!! I TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR A TEETH CLEANING. THEY DIDN'T EVEN FLOSS NOR EVEN HAVE HER SHOW THEM HOW SHE FLOSSES! TOTAL NEGLECT! KIDS NEED TO BE TAUGHT THIS AS A PART OF THEIR NORMAL DENTAL ROUTINE. IT JUST SICKENS ME THAT TIME IS MONEY FOR THIS PLACE AND THEY DONT SPEND AN EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO FLOSS THEIR TEETH OR ENSURE THAT THE CHILD KNOWS HOW AND IS DOING IT CORRECTLY. JUST HORRIBLE!!! MY DOG GETS A BETTER TEETH CLEANING AT THE VET'S OFFICE. SHAME ON YOU PETALUMA HEALTH CARE DENTAL!

        Scheduling is a nightmare. There is never anything available and sometimes we have to wait a month or two before anything is available. Absolutely horrible. Appointments get rescheduled and cancelled without enough notice. Sometimes no notice. Its awful especially when you take a day off for the scheduled appointment.
