There is a sign on the door that says closed 6/15 because the register wasn't working.  I came in on 6/16 and it still wasn't working.  They didn't update the sign and the employee at the counter said they were closed, but they would be open the day after.  But what if the register doesn't get fixed?  It didn't get fixed for the two days that it wasn't working.  The company seems to have no intentions on sending somebody to fix it.  Also, why not just lock the door and leave the sign up?  What's the point of paying two employees to sit at the register for two days straight?  There was no mention of calling somebody to fix it.This was in the afternoon but I really should have called before going in.  I figured I didn't have to because they wouldn't close until 7.  I have been here more than once where they either closed early or opened late, over an hour difference from the times posted on the door, website, and the hours given when calling the store.  Tired of coming here just to realize I wasted my time.  I can't do order pickup and pay online, because the site picks and chooses what products that are available in the store are unavailable for order pickup.

4th or 5th time I've been to this store. I keep hoping it will be different because the location is great. Very thinly stocked. Every time I go. I can't seem to get the full basics for any job. There are always items out of stock - really basic things. Yesterday I ended up having to go to another store, which made my stop here a complete waste of time. I've been given every excuse under the sun. But other Sally stores are stocked just fine. You have to stock your store with the product people expect to find at Sally stores if you want to stay open. Period.
