        As an esthetician myself, I cannot express how amazing Tammy is. I have been getting regular appointments for over a year. Her treatments are result oriented and my skin only keeps improving. Her techniques are smooth and graceful. She is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her. I love the derma planing, the red light treatments & the peel/mask treatment

        Second time coming in for my sideburns to be sugared off and for a mini Dermaplaning appointment and again super satisfied. Ive always been a DIY kind of girl, but I can not express enough how having a professional tend to your skin is really so important, Ive learned the hard way. Tamara knows exactly what she is doing and she will be my go to from now on, 100% recommend!

        Sugaring is the only type of luxury service I am currently able to provide myself and Ive been coming to Tammy since her old location on lakeville. Recently there was a conflict of interest and I was treated like an ordinary client rather a long time supporting client. Its hurtful how she handle the situation. Customer care and loyalty is extremely important to me as ive been nothing but supportive. Ive since gone to a new aesthetician and have had a better experience than Ive had in awhile with Aesthetic y Flores. Update: Still no personal apology yet a public one to keep her image clear. I can feel you are so truly sorry. Now making me seem illiterate like I dont understand policies and trying to humiliate me. Didnt you cancel on me the same week, just an hour before service? I never write reviews but I also dont let people disrespect me.

        Lili proceeded to harassed me over text message: 12/04 2:12pmAs someone who lives comfortably in her own space and can afford renting not only her apartment and a studio and still go on vacation, you treated me very poorly. Trying to charge me a service that i wasn’t even gonna get done is a complete rip-off. I live paycheck to paycheck and you literally made me feel so cheap when i was still getting a $90 service because i wanted to brazilian dream. You dont have any type of customer service skills whatsoever. You canceled the same week on me for your inconvenient lifestyle. You’re Truly sorry yet cant even bother reaching out, just trying to keep your imagine clean. Disgusting Tammy. You definitely did loose your touch.
