Today, March 19, 2024, I was minding my own business driving down a dirt road (Haleblian Road) in Menifee on my way home from work and a women in a Black BMW SUV drove towards me aggressively and swerved in front of me like she was going to hit me head on. She even had her daughter in the car. She claimed I was driving too fast, yet I was able to stop as she charged towards me. Turns out, it was Jos Marins wife. Jose was in another vehicle following behind his wife then chased me and tried to hit me multiple times. He screamed at me telling me not to talk to his wife like that. I honestly, wasnt saying anything bad, all I did was explain that I wasnt driving that fast and that Ive lived in Menifee my whole life. I was able to figure out who this was as the car was branded with Marian Realty. I cannot believe they would put their child in a situation like that. I cannot believe they both road raged like that. Ive been tempted to report it to the police. My wife is working on downloading the dash cam footage. Thankfully, Im a good person, and I prefer to avoid confrontation.

I want to share my experience with this company we contract marin realty to sell our house in Paris and had a bad bad experience Mr. Marin originally had contract with us to sell the house however he didnt do anything and the house sat on the market for two months we wanted to cancel the contract and he wouldnt do it then he finally agree because the contract was given to one of his employees one of the realtors and his group so we contract it with this girl Estefania and it was worst, she did not had a sign o the property, advised No Zillow add. And she it was on the mis for other agents to bring the buyer. Do you think that is a good agent ??? Just sit and wait?? Well an other 2 months pass and she did not do anything. So we took back the listing Home is not for sale any more, Worst of service ever. I will not recommend using this broker and Sgent.
