Jess is wonderful! We had used a couple of different dog training programs in the past, but Jess stood out from the rest because of her patience, attitude and knowledge. I especially appreciated her connection with our dog, and the lack of judgment about her less-than-ideal behaviors. She doesn't make you feel bad, and instead, just encourages you to make some simple, positive changes to make your and your dog's life easier! We learned a ton in just a couple of sessions, and want to continue to do more in the future once we have our first human baby, haha!

Ive taken Jesss group classes, attended multiple pack walks, and shadowed her as a trainer. Jess is great at explaining what she is doing with your dog or why she tells you to try something. She is great support to lean on as a dog owner. She also offers a variety of options when it comes to working with you and your dog. Highly recommend working with Jess when it comes to finding support and a trainer you trust. Since working with Jess my dog has built up his neutrality around dogs.

I love Honey Dog Training! My dog and I have taken advantage of group classes, community walks, and a workshop. The regularity of her offerings makes it easy to keep up with training. Jessica is kind, knowledgeable, passionate, and really gets to know you and your dog. Working in education, I especially appreciate seeing the extra effort Jessica gives as a former schoolteacher. I also think this gives her an edge when teaching her human clients! If you're dealing with any sort of problem behaviors with your dog and live in Orange County, I highly recommend seeking Jessica's support.

I have worked with quite a few dog trainers over the years, but none have been as impactful as Jessica! I started attending the free community pack walks Jess hosts and was immediately impressed by her calm, gentle, and confident energy. After a day-train, my nervous/insecure dog was comfortably walking loose leash and she successfully introduced the crate and mat. Since then, weve had a couple private lessons and Jessicas work and support has honestly been transformative. Jessicas emphasis on relationship building has helped me go beyond the obedience training mindset with my dog and the growth weve both experienced as a result has been inspiring. Super happy to have found Jessica and Honey Dog Training and would highly recommend!

We found Jess through a local pet store that recommended her to us. We have been picky about finding a trainer for our dog since we had a bad experience with a previous trainer in the past. I started following Jess on Instagram and watched the progress shes made with other dogs. She implements a lot of the training techniques that we admire and she is exactly what we have been looking for in a trainer. Jess took the time to listen to our concerns and to get to know our dog. Jess sees the potential in our dog that we do, and we are so thrilled to be training with her! We cant wait to see the progress our dog makes!
