I ordered a balloon bouquet from Ayalas and my order was taken from Sandra O. It was 4 sets of 10 balloons with dodgers and lakers colors. It was for my sons 40th birthday. I made it clear my son was only there for 2 hours from 12to 2 and she said I got you . No problem. Well not only were the balloons delivered after my son left at 4 pm. what was delivered was 2 sets of 20. So disappointedhorrible service. She didnt even have the decency to let me know she couldnt make the time so I couldve made other plans.

This business was amazing to work with. I needed to order flowers for my extended family, who was going through a loss.. They were caring and made the arrangements easy. Sandra and her family went beyond what I expected for my sister Ann Marie funeral services. The floral arrangement was just gorgeous. I brought home the bouquet of Carnations that was huge and beautiful and I'm so happy even after a week they are looking just as beautiful. Thank you for the special touches especially adding the butterfly
